Bill Adamucci

Bill Adamucci is an outside director and one of the original investors in GMI. Bill has extensive experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial world. As CFO and senior executive of several major public software companies, such as Computer Task Group (NYSE company) and Legent Corporation (multi-national NASDAQ company), he has been involved in many stock offerings, acquisitions and the building of complex national and international organizations. Bill started his career with IBM, and has been in the high-tech industry for over 25 years.

As an entrepreneur, Bill was one of the majority owners of a 1,000+ employee IT processional services firm, Best Consulting, which was sold in the mid-1990s. Over the past 10 years, Bill has been involved in obtaining financing for and serving on the board of several Internet start-up companies, as well as starting up a software distribution and services company.

Bill received an MBA in finance for Babson College. In addition to his business interests, including several board memberships and venture investing, Bill is actively involved in several non-profit agencies within the Seattle community, dealing primarily with homeless and disadvantaged adults and children.
