GMI Hires Michael Brochu as New CEO

Seasoned technology executive and ex-Loudeye president and CEO to execute GMI's vision for the global market research industry

Seattle, WA - June 18th, 2007 - GMI (Global Market Insite, Inc.), a global market intelligence solutions provider based in Mercer Island, Wash., today announced its board of directors has appointed Michael A. Brochu as CEO for the company, effective immediately. Brochu brings over 20 years of senior-level experience and operational excellence to GMI, including senior executive and directorship positions in emerging growth technology, software and digital entertainment companies, such as Loudeye, Primus Knowledge Solutions and Sierra On-Line.

As president and CEO of Loudeye, a Seattle-based, publicly traded (NASDAQ: LOUD) digital media supply chain technology company, Brochu grew revenues by almost 90% year over year, and positioned the company for acquisition by Nokia in October 2006. During his two-year tenure, Brochu instituted a system of strategic, business, operational, and financial metrics to better manage the exponential growth in the company's digital download business. He developed strategic partnerships with major industry players, including Nokia, Microsoft, MSN, MTV, Target, O2 and Cingular Wireless, as well as strong relationships with content providers, including major record labels such as Sony, Universal, Warner, and EMI.

"With the appointment of Mike as CEO, GMI has secured a successful, experienced and highly capable executive who will build on GMI's already impressive growth of 2,008 percent in five years to expand GMI's leadership position in a global market research industry worth $24 billion," explains Enrique Godreau III, chairman of GMI's board of directors. "Market research authority ESOMAR predicts that online research will continue to revolutionize the industry for years to come. GMI is extremely well positioned to remain a leading catalyst of this transformation."

"Online market research is the wave of the future, and as today's market leader, GMI continues to set the pace for the industry," comments Mike Brochu. "I am very excited to become a part of the GMI team as we accelerate into this opportunity."

Prior to Loudeye, Brochu was chairman, CEO and president of Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., a Nasdaq-traded e-business and e-service solution provider. Brochu, who joined Primus in 1997, transformed the company from a small, private business with a single product into a publicly traded company with a market-leading software suite, a European presence, and a worldwide customer base. Brochu was instrumental in facilitating the November 2004 acquisition of Primus by Art Technology Group (ATG), creating one of the industry's most complete e-business solution platforms.

Prior to his tenure at Primus, Brochu served as president and COO of Sierra On-Line Inc., one of the world's largest publishers of interactive entertainment, educational, and home productivity software. While at Sierra On-Line, he led efforts to grow revenues by over 300%, culminating in the sale of Sierra On-Line to CUC International for US$1.1 billion in 1996.

Brochu currently sits on the board of directors of ATG, Emphysis Medical Management, a medical billing and physicians' service firm, and the advisory board of Seattle-based venture capital firm Voyager Capital, which is also one of GMI's early institutional investors. Brochu, who was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000, has been involved in the Washington Software Alliance (WSA), the largest technology trade association in Washington State.

Since its inception in 1999, GMI has grown by 100+% per year, earning the following regional and national awards in 2006:
