GMI Launches "Re-Track" Service to Help Clients Improve Trackers
London, 14 March 2013, GMI (Global Market Insite, Inc.), a provider of technology enabled solutions for global market research, today launched Re-Track, a consultative service that provides a full-scale review of clients’ tracking surveys to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
Currently available in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the Re-Track service offers clients an individualized consultative approach to determine areas for improvement in tracker structure and design, It is delivered by a team of experts led by Jon Puleston, VP of Innovation at GMI, one of the industry’s foremost thought leaders in the area of engaging questionnaire design.
The Re-Track service helps clients look closely at how their trackers are performing and suggests ways they can be improved, both in the quality of data they collect, and in their overall efficiency. The consultation examines survey design, question optimisation and data granularity to develop a more effective tracker survey, which is then subjected to parallel testing and calibration to benchmark and understand the differences that the new version of the survey will deliver.
"This is a great opportunity for companies to review their trackers to ensure they are current, relevant, engaging and reflective of their current brand,” said Martin Filz, CEO, EMEA at GMI. “We hear from our clients frequently that they want to update their trackers but are reluctant to take on what they perceive as a difficult and lengthy task. Our Re-Track service takes the pain out of the process and makes it easy for clients to be confident their trackers are meeting their objectives.”
