When you partner with GMI for online sample, you can be confident that you will receive unique, high-integrity data. GMI goes to great lengths to ensure individuals only respond once to a particular survey. We have strict quality controls throughout a respondent lifecycle to ensure this, including:
  • Fraud screening and location-verification technology
  • Industry-standard digital fingerprinting, combined with proprietary duplication-prevention technology, to block respondents from entering the same survey more than once
  • Daily panel scrubs to remove unresponsive, suspicious, or otherwise low-quality panelists

Honest, valid responses for high-quality research

If a respondent has been approved to join the panel, he/she must maintain good behavior as a member. GMI utilizes technology to ensure conscientious and well-intentioned behavior:
  • Monitor incentive-redemption patterns to identify and remove fraudulent panelists
  • Flag individuals speeding through surveys, straight-lining responses or providing false responses to trap questions
  • Strict enforcement of a "three strikes you're out" policy — panelists removed after repeated behavioral violations

Enhanced control of panel database

  • We can append additional demographic data providing more insight into survey respondents
