GMI Training offers customized software training courses to help you master online market research strategies, methods, and techniques, and to incorporate GMI software into your existing business processes. These courses also demonstrate how to use GMI's research tools successfully and how to lead a comprehensive study of advanced online survey design, analysis and reporting techniques. Courses are hands-on and geared to licensees, clients, or market research professionals interested in learning GMI's software products and optimizing their use.

GMI Training works with you and your team to create customized training experiences, with content and examples closely tied to your business logic and industry specialization. Depending on your group's learning needs, training sessions can take anywhere from one to three days.

All trainings include:

• Pre-training materials
• Slide Presentations (made available, after the training has been conducted)
• Exercise workbooks/labs
• Necessary cheat sheets, glossary of terms, agendas, fact sheets, and more
• Prizes for group sessions and energizing activities

Training Delivery Options

GMI provides training through the following mediums:

1. At select GMI offices:
   GMI Training regularly hosts clients at select GMI offices around the world.
   
   
2. Standard group trainings:
   GMI hosts global group trainings several times throughout the year, in order to accommodate various client/groups at one given time. Training locations vary and are created to provide concentrated, efficient scheduling. Group training sessions are offered in three-day blocks and registration is required. Inquire now to find out where the next group training will be!
   
   
3. Webinar advanced trainings:
   These 45-minute sessions will cover a range of advanced Net-MR topics via phone and WebEx, including: Advanced branch logic, advanced analysis, setting samples and quotas on response, custom import/export, panel incentive management, panel portal management, and sdvanced panel management and Net-MR updates.
   
   Webinars are also recommended for clients who have employees spread around the globe.
   
   
4. Onsite training:
   GMI Training can visit your team at your business location. Please note that GMI Training's travel, lodging, and food expenses are at your expense.
   
   
5. Advanced telephone consultations:
   Telephone consultations, also known as "Gold Support", are reserved for advanced Net-MR users who have specific case study issues. Dates and times are set up in advance for telephone consultations.
